USA : Northern Indiana School Boards Vote to End Bible Class-

Officials at a northern Indiana school district have voted to end an elementary school Bible class that triggered a lawsuit. A lawyer for the Fairfield Community Schools advised the board that it was bound to lose a lawsuit over the constitutionality of the class at New Paris Elementary.

The blessings of God had been on this nation for many years now. Among the many reasons for this, one chief reason was that the USA was a nation that honoured God and influenced the world through the missionaries that took the power of the Word to the many nations of the world.

We have come to a place where we are pushing God out of our schools, communities & public places. This nation is digging for itself wells that do not offer living water.

Pray that the nation will turn back to God.

Pray that God will change the hearts of people and draw them back to Him.

They are now praying for his resurrection. Ask the Lord to speak to the hearts of all those in India who have put their hope in men and false gods. Pray for their blind eyes to be opened to the truth of Jesus Christ. Pray for the Gospel to be proclaimed throughout India. Petition the Lord to tear down the strongholds of Hinduism and set free those held captive by this religion. Plead with the Lord for a great harvest of souls in this nation. (Isaiah 42:6,7)

TUNISIA, NORTH AFRICA

Nearly 500 people were arrested during another large street protest in Tunisia on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Soldiers and tanks reportedly entered Deraa. Human rights groups claim more than 550 people have been killed during this time of unrest. Pray for the Lord's plans and purposes for this nation to be fulfilled. Pray for the government to stop attacking its own people. Ask the Lord to restore order and bring spiritual transformation to Tunisia. Plead for the souls of this nation. Pray for Christians to be protected from the violence and be bold in sharing the Gospel. Invite God's Kingdom to come, His will be done in Tunisia. (Psalm 37:37)
