KAZAKHSTAN, CENTRAL ASIA..

The nation of Kazakhstan is part of the terrorism watch list because of its possible link to terrorist activities. The government has objected to being on this list, citing a history free of terrorism. But experts are concerned that might be changing.

Pray for the government of Kazakhstan to do everything they can to prevent terrorism and keep their nation safe from terrorist group activity.

Pray for Muslims in Kazakhstan to have the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel.

Pray for Christians to continue to faithfully pray for their nation and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Petition the Lord for a great harvest of souls in Kazakhstan. (Psalm 71:3)

TUNISIA, NORTH AFRICA

Nearly 500 people were arrested during another large street protest in Tunisia on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Soldiers and tanks reportedly entered Deraa. Human rights groups claim more than 550 people have been killed during this time of unrest. Pray for the Lord's plans and purposes for this nation to be fulfilled. Pray for the government to stop attacking its own people. Ask the Lord to restore order and bring spiritual transformation to Tunisia. Plead for the souls of this nation. Pray for Christians to be protected from the violence and be bold in sharing the Gospel. Invite God's Kingdom to come, His will be done in Tunisia. (Psalm 37:37)
