GUINEA-BISSAU, WEST AFRICA

According to the United Nations, in recent years Guinea-Bissau has become a hub and transit point for smuggling illegal drugs. Prime Minister Carlos Gomes Junior has called for international cooperation to fight drug trafficking in his nation.

Pray for the government of Guinea-Bissau to be successful in bringing an end to this destructive and deadly industry.

Ask Him to set free those bound by drug addiction.

Pray for the Gospel to be proclaimed throughout Guinea-Bissau.

Petition the Lord for a great harvest of souls in this nation.

They are now praying for his resurrection. Ask the Lord to speak to the hearts of all those in India who have put their hope in men and false gods. Pray for their blind eyes to be opened to the truth of Jesus Christ. Pray for the Gospel to be proclaimed throughout India. TUNISIA, NORTH AFRICA

Nearly 500 people were arrested during another large street protest in Tunisia on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Soldiers and tanks reportedly entered Deraa. Human rights groups claim more than 550 people have been killed during this time of unrest. Pray for the Lord's plans and purposes for this nation to be fulfilled. Pray for the government to stop attacking its own people. Ask the Lord to restore order and bring spiritual transformation to Tunisia. Plead for the souls of this nation. Pray for Christians to be protected from the violence and be bold in sharing the Gospel. Invite God's Kingdom to come, His will be done in Tunisia. (Psalm 37:37)
